What is the rol of media in the formation of heathy lifestyle in society?


Im going to tell you some parts of my life story. When I was a little boy, I did not think of a healthy lifestyle and one day I saw on television a rugby match and from that moment on I thought in a sport life and in a healthy lit style. 
Definetely the role ore media is so important in the life of people that influence them a lot however not is for a positive influence so much times is for promotion 

Now that I now  about the media I have a different idea about this topic. Before this, I didn't know the negative effects of the media, now I now for example that the tv, radio, and Internet are very influential in society and not always influences in is the best way. Sometimes it motivates to buy excessively and promote an heathylife, also I should admit  that the media also promotes generous ca,paints and healthy life, such as Telethon. Tv does not always have a positive influence and many times junk food and unhealthy lifestyle promote.

Many scientific studies of different universities and scientific studies centre in the world, this studies show very important information about health of people. It studies they say for example that watch tv two or three hours approximately 20% increases the likelihood of developing type 2 diabetes, also increased heart diseases in a 15%.I think that in this sense the technology no aport nothing productive  for the society . Somehow we must stop in children and adolescents exessive hours watching television the Internet and video games.

To help people for having a better life I thing that we should give example and too help with campaigns about the time view television and how time use technology. The first two years of life of a child, but technology development also is unfavourable when exceed daily hours you can have a child before the computer.

in conclusion we can say that the technology however can be used agains us and so much times can be used positively. I thing this topic is very important for the heath life  of people.I thing this issue is very important, people should change their wat of living and eating, and all this can encourage thought the media.

What is the rol of media in the formation of healthy lifestyle in society?



I think that this issue is very important in people's lives, we have to find a way to live in the world in a healthy way, encourage children to not use too much technology, this way to lead a life more healthy life of the person would be much more prolonged. 
here can find harms of technology but also how the media uses technology to create schedule s of healthy life and encourage people to be healthy


Since the 19th century, the mass media has implemented the great ice to motivate people of all ages to eat and live healthily, in 2005 the government of the United States of America spent about 30 million euros in campaigns for people to quit smoking.
According to this page, there are three ways to promote heathy life. The information is very important for the government of Unites States. I think in this way looking for informing all citizens of heathy living.

  Instructions to play rugby

I`m writing this instructions for you to know how to play rugby.
First, if you want to do a try, run to the end of the field.
You should pass the ball backhand while running forward.  Do not pass it forward.
You should bring mouthguard, short, t-shirt and spikes. The mouthguard is because you crush with the other players.
The capitan speaks to the referee.
We are going to meet in The Mackay School at the end of the class

Section 3 Task 4

                          My visit  to Empire state building

Yesterday i visit a building
 This bulding is very tall big and have a 102 flors there were many offices, the top is not finish, it has 6.500 windows, it has a it has a 1860 steps to the top floor. It also have a 78 elevators, it takes about 1 minute to get to the 80 very big floors.

When i was on top I could see the central park statue of liberty and different parts of the city.
